booking process

Golf trips are usually tailored to the dates of our customers travel.

In addition to the hotel and flight availability are tee times and transfers to the golf courses in the foreground. This means that this plurality of influent factors not a purely automated booking makes possible.

the booking process we would like to introduce briefly below:

step 1: request
For all the travel deals you need to know about the button "Booking Request" Request availability and the appropriate price for your desired dates.

step 2: individual offer
Your request will be processed within a short time of us and receive our offers by e-mail.
As far as you are satisfied with the offer, you can give us your order via email.

step 3: book order
We then create a trip with your registration information and send them to you for signature. Please note here that we are partly due to hourly changing fares require a very timely confirmation from you. If certain travel services to the price offered to you at the time of your signature will no longer be possible, so we will get in touch with you to customize your travel interests involved.

step 4: travel documents
After the signed return by fax, or order by email, you will receive by mail a confirmation / invoice. This constitutes your binding travel registration

golf equipment

Many airlines transported within the free baggage allowance your golf equipment at no extra cost. In general, the golf equipment from us is registered with your carrier if it is registered. Meanwhile, all airlines charge for the carriage of golf equipment additional fees. These fees are not included in the tour price and must be on behalf of the airlines charged extra from us. Some of these can also be paid separately at the relevant airline.


We ask you to deposit via bank transfer within the next 7 days and the balance to be paid 4 weeks before departure.

The travel documents are sent together about 14 - 7 days before departure.
For last minute booking (approximately 7 days prior to departure), please fax us the stamped by your bank deposit slip to our fax number +49 (0) 8131 506 346
If you do not have a fax machine, your bank will fax proof of payment like. Upon receipt of the document, we will send you the travel documents by mail.

A relief fund has been completed. An insurance certificate, please contact us with your confirmation / invoice.
